What you will do

• Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Provide end-to-end support during client onboarding, ensuring successful deployment
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents
• Analyze client technical and functional requirements to design solutions using hirify.global's capabilities
• Lead implementation projects, monitoring quality, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Build understanding of customer business problems and provide tailored technology solutions
• Deliver product feedback to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical roles (Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst) with integration, automation expertise, and cross-team collaboration
• 2+ years B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and business concepts
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with API specs (OpenAPI), web development, scripting (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
