What you will do
- Manage Patient Support Programs by liaising with stakeholders, ensuring timely patient enrollment, and coordinating seamless processes.
- Maintain accurate patient files, electronic records, and prepare performance reports on metrics like patient numbers and quality assurance.
- Accompany team on field visits to providers, pharmacies, and support sites; ensure efficient medication delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, team support, issue resolution, regular meetings, and quality monitoring for patient safety data.
- Provide training to team members, report adverse events, and utilize Patient Management System for all activities.
- Handle administrative duties, promote compliance with laws, SOPs, and escalation protocols.
Requirements
- Degree in scientific or healthcare-related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience in healthcare, scientific field, or NGO ideal.
- Experience in data monitoring/management, logistics/supply chain, and customer service management advantageous.
- Competencies: job knowledge application, concern for order/quality, adaptability, dependability, teamwork.
- Complete required trainings including product, pharmacovigilance, and Axios SOPs.
- Based in Dokki, Giza office with frequent travel; flexible hours required.
