What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the MSL team across scientific engagement, insights generation, data generation, and internal collaboration.
- Co-create country medical plans and align MSL initiatives, resources, and execution with medical priorities.
- Set and monitor individual and team goals, performance metrics, budgets, and operational efficiency.
- Supervise KOL, territory, and multichannel engagement activities while supporting company-sponsored and investigator-sponsored studies.
- Lead the collection, analysis, communication, and escalation of scientific and medical insights.
- Ensure compliance with corporate training requirements, local regulations, and pharmaceutical industry codes of practice.
Requirements
- Medical, pharmacy, or postgraduate-level science degree required; a medical degree, PhD, or PharmD is preferred.
- More than 5 years of prior customer-facing or related pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Advanced spoken and written business English required.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, medical landscapes, regulatory and payer environments, public health, and industry trends.
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations and codes of practice for non-promotional activities.
- Proven project management, prioritization, communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
