Production Pharmacist Professional

Location: Cairo, Egypt; onsite production role

What you will do

• Supervise operators in the oral solid dosage area and ensure production flow follows cGMP requirements.
• Support fulfillment of the OSD department’s weekly production plan and prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination.
• Create and update SOPs, report manufacturing deviations, and escalate equipment or utility issues.
• Collect and review batch manufacturing records and verify cleaning, disinfection, and room and equipment clearance.
• Confirm environmental monitoring conditions, including differential pressure, temperature, and humidity, before and during manufacturing.
• Train new operators and implement HSE requirements, risk assessments, inspections, audits, and waste management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is essential.
• 1–2 years of pharmaceutical experience, preferably in a similar production role.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Project management mindset and problem-solving ability under pressure.
• Ability to oversee multiple work centers and adapt to changing operational priorities.
