What you will do
- Implement the Africa medical and scientific strategy for the Immunology therapeutic area in Egypt, focused on Dupixent.
- Lead the Egypt medical plan, tactical plan, and omnichannel communication strategy in partnership with the country Medical Head and cross-functional teams.
- Interpret scientific data, literature, competitive trends, and unmet healthcare needs to inform medical and educational activities.
- Drive publications, medical conferences, advisory boards, scientific meetings, and digital educational content.
- Support company-sponsored clinical trials, medical-CSU initiatives, market access alignment, and new indication launch preparation.
- Generate and analyze stakeholder insights to support strategic decision-making and initiatives that raise standards of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or an equivalent medical discipline; a Medical Degree, PhD, or PharmD is preferred.
- At least 5 years of industry experience in Medical Affairs and/or clinical experience, ideally in a relevant therapeutic area.
- Understanding of clinical development, Real World Evidence, data generation, and data-gap analysis.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead challenging discussions and adapt communication to healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently, navigate complex healthcare environments, and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Confidence using omnichannel tools and adapting to new digital engagement channels.
