Medical Operations Lead (Biopharma)

What you will do

• Lead the execution of Egypt medical plans in alignment with global medical brand and customer plans.
• Coordinate strategic planning and operational implementation across medical teams and therapeutic areas.
• Oversee Egypt medical budgets, forecasting, expense reconciliation, resource allocation, and project plans.
• Ensure medical projects and operational deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Support medical excellence through goal management, change management, team effectiveness, and training initiatives.
• Manage governance processes, stakeholder relationships, risks, mitigation strategies, and audit-related improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or an equivalent medical field; a medical degree, PhD, or PharmD is preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects, budgets, strategies, risks, and contingency planning.
• Experience in drug development, medical affairs, or a related pharmaceutical field.
• Strong communication, leadership, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills in a matrix organization.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and internationally with an agile, team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional project management qualification such as PMP or Agile certification.
• Experience with product launches and launch excellence.
