Strategic Business Developer (MedTech): Driving new-logo acquisition and business growth within the Bavarian medtech ecosystem with an accent on consultative sales of complex custom software, hardware, and AI solutions. Focus on building high-value pipelines, navigating senior stakeholder relationships, and orchestrating interdisciplinary teams to deliver strategic value in regulated environments.

Location: Must be based in Bavaria, Germany, with the possibility to pursue clients across Germany.

What you will do

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new mid-to-large German medtech clients.
  • Lead consultative sales processes from discovery and solution shaping to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality new-business pipeline.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of R&D.
  • Orchestrate internal experts in engineering, data, AI, and design to craft tailored value propositions.
  • Represent the company in regional medtech networks, events, and associations.

Requirements

  • Fluent business German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Several years of successful new-business sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of opening new accounts and closing complex deals.
  • Strong network of decision-makers in the Bavarian medtech or regulated health-product ecosystem.
  • Experience selling custom services into complex technical environments (software, hardware, AI, or engineering).
  • Familiarity with regulated product-development environments (e.g., medical devices, SaMD).
