Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada, USA, or Europe/UK)

What you will do

• Audit and clean existing HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Structure and document HR processes and workflows for the Rippling implementation.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support testing and validation of the Rippling system post-implementation.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with data organization, documentation, or structured workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Degree in Information Science, Library Science, HR, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with HR processes or HRIS systems (preferred).
