Salary: $107,000 - $157,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Design and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Improve recruiting operations, focusing on workflows, data accuracy, and candidate experience.
  • Manage and enhance core HR and Talent systems including Greenhouse and Workday.
  • Establish scalable HROps processes to reduce operational friction and improve efficiency.
  • Support global mobility efforts, including location strategy and international expansion.
  • Partner on compensation cycles, offer processes, and compliance tasks like immigration and audits.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with internal HR operations at Google or other Alphabet organizations.
  • Direct experience working with Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in managing time-sensitive operational tasks and compliance.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Mountain View, CA to support the hybrid work model.
  • Proactive, curious approach to solving problems and a strong learning mindset.
