Salary: $107,000 - $157,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Design and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Improve recruiting operations, focusing on workflows, data accuracy, and candidate experience.
- Manage and enhance core HR and Talent systems including Greenhouse and Workday.
- Establish scalable HROps processes to reduce operational friction and improve efficiency.
- Support global mobility efforts, including location strategy and international expansion.
- Partner on compensation cycles, offer processes, and compliance tasks like immigration and audits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with internal HR operations at Google or other Alphabet organizations.
- Direct experience working with Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.
- Exceptional attention to detail in managing time-sensitive operational tasks and compliance.
- Must be based in or able to work in Mountain View, CA to support the hybrid work model.
- Proactive, curious approach to solving problems and a strong learning mindset.
