Global People Services Manager/ Team Lead

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia; hybrid home and office arrangement

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Global People Services delivery for assigned regions.
• Consolidate repetitive and high-volume HR activities into a scalable operating model.
• Set and govern service standards, SLAs, escalation thresholds, risk priorities, and employee experience metrics.
• Act as the senior authority for complex, high-risk, and sensitive HR cases.
• Drive process simplification and operational transformation using data, Lean principles, and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with COEs, HRBPs, People Technology, and external vendors to improve handoffs, knowledge assets, self-service, and automation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in HR operations, shared services, or global service delivery.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-process HR work at scale.
• Experience owning service performance, SLAs, risk, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder influence with senior HRBPs, COE leaders, and business leaders.
• Experience in process simplification, governance design, and operating model transformation.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.
