What you will do
- Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience.
- Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, and redundancy processes in accordance with local legal compliance.
- Lead consultation meetings, negotiate separations and settlements, and deliver termination outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Payroll, Legal, Benefits) to ensure all exit aspects are administered correctly.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the employee lifecycle and ER processes.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and legal compliance.
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and provide practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Business-level (advanced) English proficiency (C1).
- Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, environment.
- Must be based in EMEA or APAC.
