What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, and redundancy processes in accordance with local legal compliance.
  • Lead consultation meetings, negotiate separations and settlements, and deliver termination outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Payroll, Legal, Benefits) to ensure all exit aspects are administered correctly.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the employee lifecycle and ER processes.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and provide practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Business-level (advanced) English proficiency (C1).
  • Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, hirify.global environment.
  • Must be based in EMEA or APAC.
