What you will do
- Define and lead the workplace participant lifecycle marketing strategy to improve financial outcomes.
- Design state-based lifecycle journeys for onboarding, enrollment, and retirement readiness.
- Establish engagement models to help participants understand benefits and take confident action.
- Collaborate with digital product teams to create engagement loops that drive repeat digital experiences.
- Partner with Analytics and Insights teams to define and track success metrics tied to engagement and financial action.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of lifecycle marketing managers.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing with leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience within the workplace benefits or retirement industry (e.g., recordkeeping, HSAs, stock plan services).
- Deep understanding of plan sponsor dynamics and the sensitivities of B2B2C financial services.
- Expertise in segmentation, journey design, orchestration, and experimentation.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Experience with modern marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
