TL;DR
Territory Manager (Building Materials): Driving sales and market share growth for the Fiberon brand through relationship management with distributors and contractors with an accent on pull-through selling and local distribution optimization. Focus on expanding brand presence, managing high-value accounts, and executing strategic business plans across a multi-state territory.
Location: Must be based in half of Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, or southwest South Dakota. This is a field-based role requiring 7-10 nights of overnight travel per month.
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, margin, and expense goals.
- Increase market share by improving dealer share, product placement, and builder adoption.
- Identify, acquire, and retain key dealer and contractor accounts to build long-term brand loyalty.
- Optimize local distribution strategies and conduct Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with leadership.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and utilize CRM tools to track pipeline and engagement.
- Provide market intelligence to inform internal pricing and growth strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of outside sales experience in the building materials industry.
- Experience with pull-through selling and influencing product selection at the contractor/builder level.
- Must be based within Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, or southwest South Dakota.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous CRM experience and/or professional sales training.
