Location: Orange County / San Diego / Los Angeles (field sales, 50%+ travel with overnights)
Salary: $110k-140k base + commission/bonus + stock options

What you will do
- Own and expand a book of dental practices and DSOs, increasing adoption and loan volume.
- Build long-term relationships with practice owners, managers, and teams through discovery and strategic influence.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews using data to identify opportunities and growth plans.
- Deliver training and coaching to improve financial presentations, workflows, and patient conversion.
- Execute territory plans with visit cadences, segmentation, and CRM management for forecasting.
- Share field insights on trends and needs to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years in field sales, account management, or consulting in dental/healthcare
- Proven track record growing accounts via relationships, training, and data-driven conversations
- Experience coaching staff in workflow/technology environments
- Strong business acumen with metrics like conversions, segmentation, revenue planning
- Excellent communication for trainings, reviews, and discussions
- Organized with time management, pipeline, and territory routing skills
- Self-motivated with 50%+ travel willingness
- Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, CRM tools
