What you will do
- Provide strategic and operational HR leadership for the site to foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with GMs and directors to identify gaps in engagement, compensation, and talent.
- Implement change management techniques and ensure policy compliance across the organization.
- Coach leadership on HR and business-related issues to drive key business results.
- Analyze HR metrics and root causes of work environment issues to recommend solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
- Proven success in scaling environments and high-growth settings.
- Proficiency in data analytics, workforce planning, and Oracle HCM.
- US citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
- Must be a U.S. Person or be able to secure necessary U.S. government export authorizations (ITAR).
