What you will do

• Partner with executives to align people strategy with business growth and operational goals.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount optimization.
• Build high-impact talent acquisition and development programs, including leadership pathways.
• Oversee HR operations, compensation strategy, and technology systems for efficiency.
• Manage employee relations, performance processes, and manager coaching.
• Champion culture of accountability, high performance, and values-aligned decision-making.

Requirements

• 12+ years progressive HR leadership, leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong background in organizational design, talent development, workforce planning.
• Experience transforming HR/TA functions and supporting IPO/public transitions.
• Proven executive partnering in high-growth tech environments.
• Knowledge of HR operations, employment law, compensation, HR tech.
• Experience with technical workforces (800+ size); advanced degree or HR certification.
