Salary: $285,000 - $335,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner with executives to align people strategy with business growth and operational goals.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount optimization.
- Build high-impact talent acquisition and development programs, including leadership pathways.
- Oversee HR operations, compensation strategy, and technology systems for efficiency.
- Manage employee relations, performance processes, and manager coaching.
- Champion culture of accountability, high performance, and values-aligned decision-making.
Requirements
- 12+ years progressive HR leadership, leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong background in organizational design, talent development, workforce planning.
- Experience transforming HR/TA functions and supporting IPO/public transitions.
- Proven executive partnering in high-growth tech environments.
- Knowledge of HR operations, employment law, compensation, HR tech.
- Experience with technical workforces (800+ size); advanced degree or HR certification.
