Salary: $120,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business strategy into org design and talent effectiveness.
• Act as the regional HR leader for New York teams, owning employee relations and office engagement.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and manage complex workplace situations.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Finance for accurate processing using systems like ADP.
• Manage core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law, with a strong preference for New York state expertise.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, specifically ADP.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
