Director/Sr Director, Commercial Finance (Data Centers)

Salary: $145,000 - $195,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Deal Desk and Renewal teams.
• Direct enterprise-wide strategy for pricing, renewals, and commercial excellence.
• Partner with C-level leadership and cross-functional teams on product development and go-to-market plans.
• Analyze market pricing trends to ensure competitive product positioning.
• Own the renewals and retention strategy to minimize churn.
• Negotiate new and existing contracts using pricing tools.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in colocation or telecommunications (pricing, finance, or asset management).
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performance teams.
• Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (MBA preferred).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)
