Salary: $154,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, manage, and pressure-test complex financial models across the data center investment lifecycle including leases, acquisitions, and development
• Prepare and deliver leadership reporting materials for senior management and the Board
• Support negotiation of LOIs, PSAs, and lease agreements and manage diligence and closing processes through to funding
• Define location strategy based on power availability, customer demand, and competitive positioning
• Underwrite individual sites and leases in partnership with power, design, and construction teams, surfacing risks and recommendations
• Maintain market intelligence databases and translate data into investment recommendations

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years experience in infrastructure or real estate investment with deal modeling and transaction experience
• Familiarity with data center, industrial, or infrastructure asset classes
• Strong communication skills to distill complex financial analysis into executive-ready presentations
• Preference for candidates able to work onsite in San Francisco office 4 days per week

Nice to have

• Experience in investment banking, real estate or data center development, commercial brokerage, or institutional investment platforms
• Working knowledge of utility interconnection processes, transmission constraints, and behind-the-meter generation
