What you will do

• Support the execution of an internal Development Function Audit to improve governance and scalability.
• Implement and drive adoption of new frameworks, workflows, and toolsets for the software engineering team.
• Establish and maintain rigorous documentation standards for all technical processes and procedures.
• Embed governance mechanisms to ensure adherence to coding norms, security policies, and industry best practices.
• Monitor development activities, task assignments, and workload distribution to ensure operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Head of Digital and the Development team to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in technical project management or software operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Software or IT Development or a related field.
• Native-level fluency in both French and English.
• Must be based in Europe and within commutable distance to Paris.
• Certification in PMP, Prince2, or ITIL.
• Ability to read and review code to assess quality and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
• Proficiency in dashboard and reporting tools.
