What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated specialist for the largest clients during their critical onboarding phase.
- Lead comprehensive onboarding workshops and provide hands-on training for HR and Payroll administrators on the company dashboard.
- Manage complex processes including payroll integration, employee affiliation, and billing setup.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Engineering to resolve issues proactively.
- Contribute to process improvements, tool optimization, and organizational methods as part of specific projects.
Requirements
- Fiscal residence in France.
- Full working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in B2B customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success, teaching, or communication.
- Ability to navigate technology with confidence and embrace digital tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex problems into solutions.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to handle competing priorities autonomously.
