Salary: $155,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as in-theater lead for C-UAS interceptor systems deployment and sustainment in NATO environments
• Interface between field operations, engineering, and international partners for seamless integration
• Lead integration into multi-layered C2 architectures and oversee FSR/FSE teams and maintenance
• Develop training programs including train-the-trainer models for allied forces
• Capture lessons learned from deployments to inform product improvements and engineering changes
• Drive program expansion across Europe, including new site stand-ups and partner coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Defense Systems, Aviation or equivalent; 8–15+ years in defense/UAS/C-UAS/missile systems
• Proven forward-deployed/international defense experience, preferably NATO/allied; U.S. Citizenship and Security Clearance
• Strong C2 integration knowledge, leading field teams, translating ops feedback to engineering
• System troubleshooting in complex environments, international collaboration familiarity
• Strong leadership/communication; ability to operate independently with high travel (50–75%)

Nice to have

• Counter-UAS/air defense experience, missile/kinetics background
• NATO structures, export controls (ITAR/EAR), rapid prototyping/UONs
• Digital engineering or MBSE knowledge
