TL;DR

National Partner Manager – SHI Lead (Cybersecurity): Leading the strategic relationship between hirify.global and SHI to drive revenue growth and partner alignment with an accent on expanding the footprint within SHI and accelerating pipeline creation. Focus on leading a team of channel professionals and managing executive-level relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Location: New Jersey / Austin, TX. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship

Salary: $118,800 – $198,000 (base)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a national partner strategy for SHI aligned with growth priorities.
  • Drive net-new customer acquisition across enterprise, mid-market, commercial, and public sector segments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Account Managers and Partner Development resources.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across SHI’s sales, security, and services organizations.
  • Own pipeline creation, progression, and forecast accuracy for SHI-driven business.
  • Promote the platform approach, emphasizing MDR/XDR as strategic growth drivers.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within cybersecurity.
  • Proven success managing large national partners, ideally SHI or similar.
  • Experience leading teams and driving consistent revenue growth through indirect channels.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions including endpoint, firewall, and MDR/XDR.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
