Salary: $118,800 – $198,000 (base)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a national partner strategy for SHI aligned with growth priorities.
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across enterprise, mid-market, commercial, and public sector segments.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Account Managers and Partner Development resources.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across SHI’s sales, security, and services organizations.
- Own pipeline creation, progression, and forecast accuracy for SHI-driven business.
- Promote the platform approach, emphasizing MDR/XDR as strategic growth drivers.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within cybersecurity.
- Proven success managing large national partners, ideally SHI or similar.
- Experience leading teams and driving consistent revenue growth through indirect channels.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions including endpoint, firewall, and MDR/XDR.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
