Location: Fully remote within the United States
Salary: $135,000–$150,000 base / $180,000–$200,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead the hiring and onboarding of a new SDR cohort to support aggressive growth targets.
- Architect and implement an automation-first outbound strategy prioritizing high-intent signals.
- Define and build playbooks for cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Design and manage sophisticated data enrichment workflows using Clay or similar tools.
- Utilize metrics to diagnose performance and tie SDR activity directly to revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with RevOps to integrate the tech stack and optimize data models.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing and scaling SDR/BDR teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience leading sales development teams selling into Security, DevOps, or IT sectors.
- Proficiency with Clay or equivalent enrichment tools and experience with AI-driven workflows.
- Strong expertise in prospecting, sequencing, and building messaging playbooks from scratch.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify program).
