TL;DR

Head of Sales Development (Cybersecurity): Transforming the outbound function into a scalable, high-velocity engine with an accent on automation-first systems and AI augmentation. Focus on designing sophisticated data enrichment workflows, building scalable SDR playbooks, and aligning outbound activity with revenue growth.

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 base / $180,000–$200,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead the hiring and onboarding of a new SDR cohort to support aggressive growth targets.
  • Architect and implement an automation-first outbound strategy prioritizing high-intent signals.
  • Define and build playbooks for cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Design and manage sophisticated data enrichment workflows using Clay or similar tools.
  • Utilize metrics to diagnose performance and tie SDR activity directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to integrate the tech stack and optimize data models.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling SDR/BDR teams in high-growth environments.
  • Experience leading sales development teams selling into Security, DevOps, or IT sectors.
  • Proficiency with Clay or equivalent enrichment tools and experience with AI-driven workflows.
  • Strong expertise in prospecting, sequencing, and building messaging playbooks from scratch.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify program).
