Salary: $148,000 – $158,000 plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Business Development team (SDR/ISR), setting the overall vision and strategy.
• Own the top-of-funnel pipeline generation strategy to ensure a consistent flow of sales-ready opportunities.
• Mentor team members through structured coaching, career planning, and performance management.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks via Salesforce to measure pipeline health and conversion effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to design and execute integrated campaigns and territory plans.
• Refine business development processes and outreach strategies to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales, including team leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technical industry.
• Proven success in building and scaling pipeline generation in high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership track record with a player-coach mentality.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
