Location: Los Angeles, CA. Required to work in person from the Los Angeles office 1-2 days per week.
Salary: $105,000 - $147,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead client onboarding and strategy, supporting activation via Business Manager and initial campaign creation.
- Establish signal and technical foundations including pixel, CAPI, MMP, and measurement implementation.
- Analyze performance data, implement Test & Learn roadmaps with A/B testing and segmentation, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Identify upsell opportunities, demonstrate ROI, and scale budgets for transition to SSG team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and improve client setup and performance.
- Monitor accounts, articulate data stories simply, and introduce organic and paid best practices.
Requirements
- 4-7 years in Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy in digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency for insights and ROI proof.
- Expertise in Test & Learn, Measurement Lift, customer marketing funnel, and digital measurement.
- Technical acumen for signal implementation and mobile measurement partners.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proactive relationship-building.
