Salary: $170,000–$185,000 base + annual bonus + equity (RSUs)

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of software implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior and executive-level client stakeholders.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to execute implementations and resolve technical issues.
• Continuously improve deployment methodologies and playbooks to scale delivery.
• Oversee data integrations, configurations, and UAT/validation processes.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software implementation or project management within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Strong experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Must be currently based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, or data integrations.
• Background in consulting or professional services.
