TL;DR
Deployment Manager (AI): Leading end-to-end delivery of AI platform for enterprise insurance clients with an accent on implementation lifecycle, executive stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Sponsorship available for candidates currently in the U.S. who need to transfer an active visa)
Salary: $170,000–$185,000 base + annual bonus + equity (RSUs)

What you will do
- Lead the full lifecycle of software implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior and executive-level client stakeholders.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to execute implementations and resolve technical issues.
- Continuously improve deployment methodologies and playbooks to scale delivery.
- Oversee data integrations, configurations, and UAT/validation processes.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in software implementation or project management within enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Strong experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Must be currently based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, or data integrations.
- Background in consulting or professional services.
