What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end marketing technology stack to support brand planning, creative development, and demand creation.
• Lead vendor and platform management, including roadmaps, RFPs, QBRs, and enterprise partnerships.
• Drive AI adoption and agentic transformation across marketing and creative workflows.
• Manage and mentor a team of four Product Managers overseeing segments of the martech ecosystem.
• Standardize data, taxonomy, permissions, and access governance across all tools and systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand Ops, Creative, Media, and IT to ensure system usability and adoption.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in martech product management, digital transformation/operations, or marketing systems leadership.
• Deep understanding of the macro martech landscape, relational data systems, and AI-driven automation.
• Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies and comfort with no-code/light-code environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into business-impact narratives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from El Segundo, California
