TL;DR

Salary: $156,998 – $183,140 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a state-of-the-art digital platform.
• Drive application development focusing on delivering high-business-value features.
• Manage complex technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift support.
• Provide technical assistance and direction to software engineers to maintain high quality standards.
• Communicate with end-users and internal customers to guide debugging, testing, and accuracy.
• Perform integrated and customer acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure timely, quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner, Project Manager, or Software Engineer.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or HCL Commerce.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, DevOps/VSTS, Rally, or Mingle.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and UAT methodologies.
