Salary: $142,060 - $236,810

What you will do

• Drive strategic management of legal technology programs to achieve CLM consolidation and AI adoption at scale.
• Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional directors and IT partners.
• Coordinate interdependencies and prioritize resources across 25+ concurrent legal technology projects.
• Establish and operate governance frameworks and intake processes to improve decision speed and visibility.
• Act as a strategic translator between frustrated business stakeholders and technical engineering teams to define requirements.
• Manage relationships with legal technology vendors and define success metrics and KPIs for the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in legal operations, enterprise program management, or technology portfolio management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship is available for this role.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and managing programs without direct authority over all resources.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into strategic recommendations.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as a JD, MBA, or MS in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in legal operations or enterprise technology at Fortune 500 companies.
• Hands-on experience with CLM platforms like Agiloft, iCertis, or LawVu.
• Experience implementing AI and automation within legal or business operations.
• PMP or PgMP program management certification.
