Salary: $167,740 - $236,810

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution for assigned strategic customer accounts, translating demand and forecasts into supply actions.
• Track order acknowledgments, lead times, shipments, and delivery commitments across internal and external ecosystems.
• Manage risks, escalations, and constraints impacting customer supply.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and account teams for execution discipline.
• Monitor supplier capacity and delivery risks affecting commitments.
• Drive process development, implement operating models, workflows, governance, and tools for scalability.

Requirements

• Master’s or MBA in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related + 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, order management, customer operations, or manufacturing coordination.
• 10+ years managing demand, purchase orders, supply coordination, escalation, or execution workflows in complex environments.
• Experience improving or building operational processes in changing organizations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with planning, sourcing, operations, logistics, finance, or account teams.
• Strong collaborator influencing without authority, operating in ambiguity, with ownership and clear communication.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting strategic customer accounts or fulfillment operations.
• Previous work in semiconductor foundry.
