Salary: $132,940 – $180,000 (base)

What you will do
- Lead annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles, ensuring 100% accuracy in budget allocations and formulas.
- Maintain global job architecture and salary ranges within Workday as the organization's single source of truth.
- Execute tactical compensation mapping for newly acquired teams to ensure smooth M&A transitions.
- Manage global pay transparency, FLSA, and retirement plan audits (401k/RRSP) for full compliance.
- Optimize benefit vendors and HRIS compensation modules to streamline enrollment and administration.
- Transform raw global data into actionable insights and pulse reports for the CFO and HR leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Global Total Rewards experience with a focus on core compensation and benefits.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex data modeling.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment.
- Power-user proficiency in ADP, AON, and/or Radford.
- Must be based in one of the specified US states.
- CCP or CBP certification (highly desired).
