What you will do

• Liaise between HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll processing and reporting alignment.
• Process high-volume bi-weekly payroll while ensuring strict accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and optimize the HRIS (Namely) to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency.
• Perform regular audits of employee and payroll data to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate headcount, payroll, and HR analytics reports for leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of payroll experience in high-volume environments.
• 2+ years of HRIS experience (Namely strongly preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) are non-negotiable.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, wage regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be local to the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT).
