Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 / year

What you will do

  • Manage leave of absence and accommodation programs from end to end.
  • Develop and maintain HR leave processes, ensuring appropriate approvals and timely processing.
  • Administer and report on medical disability, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and USERRA.
  • Coordinate return-to-work restrictions and requirements with managers and employees.
  • Update and maintain employee statuses within the HRIS database.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal customers and external leave vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Entry-level knowledge of HR regulations.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to work on site in Alameda, CA.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with HRIS systems.
  • Experience within the manufacturing or medical device industry.
