What you will do

• Own day-to-day administration of benefits programs, primarily focusing on leave of absence, disability, and accommodations.
• Manage leave and accommodation cases end-to-end, collaborating with vendors, HR partners, and employees.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and education on benefits programs to staff and management.
• Monitor vendor performance and data reporting to ensure service levels are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Payroll, and Legal for smooth program delivery.
• Support audits, reporting, and key initiatives such as Annual Open Enrollment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of U.S. benefits experience, preferably in fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience in health and welfare, 401(k), life and disability, and voluntary plans.
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA regulations.
• Robust analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a plus).
• Must be able to maintain ~60% onsite presence in Boston, MA.
