What you will do

• Maintain employee records within HRIS and personnel files, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Administer and monitor Form I-9 employment eligibility verifications.
• Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including documentation, system access, and orientation.
• Manage off-boarding procedures and documentation collection.
• Proactively implement workflow improvements by leveraging AI tools to automate backend processes.
• Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR/People operations within a startup environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
