What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including preboarding, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and manage personnel files in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee essential compliance processes including I-9/E-Verify, ACA filings, and COBRA.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG and UKG reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI tools to reduce manual tasks and increase scalability.
• Support the People Team with the annual "Build" all-company meeting and provide backup for POps coordination.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Significant experience working with HRIS platforms, specifically UKG.
• Proven experience managing onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance, personnel records management, and audits.
• Must be based in the United States to ensure adherence to US federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
