TL;DR

Salary: $29,750 — $67,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance, advising clients and employees on employment law changes and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
  • Manage employee lifecycle events, including Family Leave, Sick Leave, Time Tracking, and Public Holidays.
  • Collaborate with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and update global internal documentation based on legislative changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance customer and employee experience.
  • Maintain confidential employee data with high professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events and providing guidance on multi-jurisdictional employment laws.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills for handling difficult conversations.
  • English: Advanced business level (C1) required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous, and fully hirify.global environment.
  • Proficiency with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
  • Foundational understanding of AI applications in operations and automation.
