What you will do

• Manage the full employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation.
• Coordinate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience.
• Maintain and secure employee data while upholding confidentiality standards.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to scale onboarding processes.
• Handle employee queries and verify employment packages.

Requirements

• Strong background in operational roles and people operations.
• Proficiency in handling employment contracts and legal documents.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
• Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in fast-paced, hirify.global, or startup environments.
