Salary: $74,000 - $115,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead a team of 6-8 CDRs to deliver high-quality pipeline for the Enterprise SLED organization
• Manage weekly campaigns, call-out days, and KPIs including forecasting and pipeline management
• Coach and mentor CDRs on outbound prospecting techniques across phone, email, and social outreach
• Partner with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development
• Attract, hire, and develop world-class sales development talent
• Provide analysis and insights on lead quality and team performance to leadership

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead or CDR manager
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and Tableau
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
• Must be based in or within commuting distance of the Austin, TX office
