What you will do

• Manage day-to-day production for two development teams, including running sprints, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Establish and maintain realistic production plans to ensure predictable feature delivery and track progress daily.
• Align stakeholders by reporting project status and proactively flagging blockers before they become crises.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer on long-term roadmaps and anticipate resource needs.
• Drive continuous process improvements and adoption of tools to increase delivery velocity.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in game development and 3+ years of hands-on production experience.
• Proven track record of building production plans from scratch and shipping features under pressure.
• Experience working on live service or forever franchise titles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and production tools such as Notion.
• Must be based in European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).

Nice to have

• Background in mobile game development.
• Experience working on top-performing or commercially scaled games.
• Experience across multiple production disciplines, including QA, release management, or technical production.
