What you will do

• Own and manage the Live Ops calendar, coordinating end-to-end delivery of in-game events, content updates, and offers
• Establish and maintain scalable workflows, checklists, and release processes to minimize operational risks
• Lead sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of goals
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across engineering, design, art, and QA teams
• Oversee release readiness, including go/no-go decisions, bug triage, and post-launch reviews
• Maintain organized documentation and project tracking tools as a single source of truth

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in production or project management within mobile or free-to-play gaming environments
• Hands-on experience managing Live Ops, including events, content releases, and monetization cycles
• Strong understanding of F2P mechanics such as retention strategies and engagement loops
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams in remote or asynchronous settings
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Linear or similar platforms
• Must be based in the United States

• Experience working on sports or licensed IP-based mobile games
• Knowledge of build pipelines and release management processes
• Exposure to QA automation and structured testing workflows
