What you will do

• Lead all game development functions within the Warsaw studio to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end game production lifecycle, from initial concept through to final release.
• Manage and align cross-functional teams including production, design, art, and engineering.
• Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with central content, engineering, and QA functions to ensure smooth delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of successfully released games that meet market expectations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Lead Producer, Game Development Director, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of successful game releases.
• Experience in the iGaming industry with a solid understanding of current market trends.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of production processes, pipelines, and delivery frameworks.
• Must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Poland.
