What you will do

• Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the primary point of contact.
• Define project vision, scope, and schedules while tracking progress and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and facilitate team communication.
• Identify and resolve project blockers and assess risks to create contingency plans.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects to ensure timely delivery aligned with the game vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing online/mobile casino games or technical projects.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering quality products on time.
• Familiarity with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Poland.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and independent.
