TL;DR

Producer (Gamedev): Driving delivery across key areas of development for RuneScape: Dragonwilds with an accent on alignment with roadmap goals, quality expectations, and release targets. Focus on managing priorities, mitigating risks, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across a complex production environment.

Location: Must be based in or be willing to relocate to Cambridge, UK to attend onsite as required.

What you will do

  • Own delivery across key project areas to ensure alignment with roadmap milestones and Early Access goals.
  • Define scope and delivery plans for gameplay systems, world features, and content updates.
  • Track development progress and provide reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate between multidisciplinary teams including gameplay, AI, environment, and progression systems.
  • Drive improvements to production processes, including sprint planning and workflow optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Producer in game development, ideally on open-world, survival, or systems-driven titles.
  • Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of game development in large-scale or multiplayer environments.
  • Working knowledge of Agile or hybrid development methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools such as JIRA or Miro.
  • Ability to manage delivery across complex, interconnected systems and multi-team dependencies.
  • Background working on live products or Early Access development.
