Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) — 3 days from office, 2 days from home

What you will do

• Own the game's trajectory from first concept and prototypes through to market release and delivery.
• Translate creative vision into specific design mechanics, systems, and the overall player experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion between conceptual, technical, visual, and narrative elements.
• Manage creative ideation steps, ranging from pitching ideas to rapid prototyping.
• Review and debate budgets and schedules with producers to track production progress.
• Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and resolve creative or technical roadblocks.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in design, art, or creative direction.
• Proven experience as a Game Director, Creative Director, or Design/Art Lead.
• Experience leading development teams of at least 20 people.
• Hands-on experience prototyping and shipping games using Unreal Engine.
• English and Polish language proficiency: Minimum B2 level required.

• Strong background and experience specifically in game design.
• Previous experience working on games focused on meaningful entertainment and relatable themes.
