What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and feature roadmap for Boom Beach.
• Develop and manage live ops and monetization strategies to balance business goals with player experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Analytics, Research, Marketing, and external development partners.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve retention, engagement, and monetization metrics.
• Analyze game performance and translate data insights into actionable strategic decisions.
• Manage day-to-day execution of in-game sales, offers, and live events.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning and growing a live free-to-play (F2P) game with measurable impact on KPIs.
• Deep understanding of F2P systems, including economy design and monetization mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working with external development teams or in distributed environments.
• Ability to operate independently and make calculated trade-offs in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
