What you will do

• Identify and onboard new market entrants while maintaining commercial and contractual frameworks.
• Develop and manage strong long-term relationships with commercial partners.
• Negotiate and optimize commercial terms including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and Tenancy models.
• Perform daily reporting and data analysis on key performance metrics and ROI optimization.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to prioritize partners and uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Deliver quarterly business performance reports to partners to identify growth areas.

Requirements

• Experience in Commercial, Marketing, or Agency roles, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record in sales, account management, or media buying.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and commercial models (CPA, CPL, CPM, RevShare).
• Native Portuguese language skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset.
