What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to onboarding and scaling.
• Develop outbound client pipelines and manage inbound partnership requests using a consultative approach.
• Create and propose tailored partner proposals and pitches to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with technical teams to proofread client responses and gather customer feedback.
• Implement a rigorous 'test and learn' methodology to optimize growth strategies.
• Build and enhance brand recognition among customers and partners in Brazil.

Requirements

• Professional experience in financial markets and a strong understanding of brokerage ecosystems.
• Proven track record in B2B business development or sales with a history of hitting targets.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML5, GitHub, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in Brazil.
