Salary: $147,900 – $203,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage a team of Android and iOS engineers designing and maintaining app features.
- Oversee highly technical cross-functional projects in collaboration with EU-based teams.
- Lead project planning, scoping, and execution of engineering efforts.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Science, and Data Science stakeholders globally.
- Mentor reports to foster professional growth and career development.
- Provide technical leadership and drive continuous operational improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in a management role.
- Experience managing Android and/or iOS engineers.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience with agentic coding and AI development workflows.
- Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum processes.
Nice to have
- 8+ years in software engineering (4+ in management).
- Professional native development experience in Android or iOS.
- Experience in fitness, health, wellness, or FDA-regulated industries.
- Knowledge of wearable devices and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with asynchronous collaboration across different time zones.
