Salary: $147,900 – $203,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a team of Android and iOS engineers designing and maintaining app features.
• Oversee highly technical cross-functional projects in collaboration with EU-based teams.

• Mentor reports to foster professional growth and career development.
• Provide technical leadership and drive continuous operational improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience managing Android and/or iOS engineers.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with agentic coding and AI development workflows.
• Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum processes.

Nice to have

• 8+ years in software engineering (4+ in management).
• Professional native development experience in Android or iOS.
• Experience in fitness, health, wellness, or FDA-regulated industries.
• Knowledge of wearable devices and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with asynchronous collaboration across different time zones.
